The fourth round will see the 5 group winners and 5 group runners-up from the third round split into two groups of five. The matches are currently scheduled to take place between 3 June 2012 and 18 June 2013. The top two teams from each group will advance to the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals in Brazil, while the two third-placed teams advance to the fifth round.
